Annotation: This article discusses the pressing issues of increasing freedom of information and responsibility in Uzbekistan. The rapid and high-quality circulation of information in the process of rapid progress towards an information society is analyzed. It is also explained that ensuring freedom of information plays an important role in the effective implementation of public control, and the awareness of citizens about reforms in the country plays an important role in understanding democratic processes.
