Annotation: The article discusses the importance of a competency-based approach in preschool education in the development of the child, the ability of skilled teachers to demonstrate the talents of the child in this way, as well as the effectiveness of the lessons. The processes in the development centers of pre-school education organizations in all age groups are considered to help children constantly acquire and consolidate new knowledge.
