Annotation: In order to find a reliable and cost-effective way to synthesize nanoparticles from the specific properties of nanoparticles that are currently relevant, the practical application of modified materials in the study of prickly artichoke – Cynara scolymus .L, size and stability depend on the concentration of metal salts; structural properties of microparticles and nanoparticles extracts from dried leaves of Cynara scolymus .L ., extraction of nanoparticles from dried leaves of Cynara scolymus .L Using metal salts Nanoparticles obtained from the leaves with the help of metal salts have a long shelf life. Conclusions and recommendations are made on the results of the study of the separation of nanoparticles from the alcohol extract and the study of its properties.
