Annotation: Honey is a complex substance that contains up to 42 different sugars; glucose, fructose, sucrose, maltose, maltotriose, turanose, isomaltose, erlose, melibioses and various other carbohydrates are found. Honey contains glucose 31-38%, fructose 38-43%, up to 2-4% disaccharides such as sucrose, cane, sugar cane. Honey contains dextrin from complex carbohydrates (the state of completely decomposed starch), occurs from 2-5% to 14%, nitrogenous protein substances are contained in honey from 0.1% to 1.5%, on average 0.4-0.8%
