Annotation: This article analyzes the role of women leaders in the political system, the factors influencing their achievement of leadership positions, and the social significance of this process. It also examines the positive changes observed in educational institutions and organizations led by women, the necessity of increasing women’s participation in leadership, and the state policy in this regard.
