Annotation: This article is devoted to the current issues of placing the unemployed population in suitable jobs. At the same time, taking into account that the employment of the population in the modern world has become global, it is determined that this is the result of economic, political, social and cultural changes. As a result of the analysis, the essence of the main mechanisms of the processes of placing the population in suitable jobs has been revealed, and suggestions and recommendations have been developed for their elimination.
