Annotation: At the time when the market relations that are being formed in our country are expanding more and more, taking into account their uniqueness, it is necessary to create an effective and flexible system of implemented in accordance with the legislation. One of such measures is the creation and further development of the Bank Guarantee Institute. The concept of bank guarantee and the need for its implementation, history and some information as a financial legal instrument to secure obligations are discussed below.
