Annotation: In the context of the rapid development of digital technologies, the formation of information and communication technology (ICT) skills among fifth-grade students has become one of the most urgent pedagogical issues. This article analyzes the process of developing ICT-related skills in fifth-grade students as a pedagogical problem. The study emphasizes that teaching Informatics and Information Technologies at the early stages of education plays a significant role in improving students’ digital literacy, logical thinking, creativity, and independent learning abilities.
