Annotation: The article clearly shows solutions for the optimal prevention of dust, moisture and salinity on the boundary and main walls of courtyard, one- and multi-storey residential buildings, which are currently considered urgent problems. In addition, methods are described for optimal constructive-analytical representation of the process of preventing dust and moisture from entering the structure, the use of geometric modeling methods.
