Annotation: Today, in the context of the country's modernization, the economic base of enterprises is changing dramatically. Being a diversified economy, enterprises based on various forms of ownership carry out practical activities, their analysis, assessment, a broad scientific study of changes in their structure, the study of factors affecting their activities, in turn, become relevant for the development of scientific proposals and recommendations in this area. The article discusses the theoretical foundations, stages of development and regulatory framework for the organization of corporate governance in joint stock companies.
