Annotation: The article information on wastewater treatment methods in the Bukhara city treatment plant is provided. Organik matter in the water that has passed through the mechanical cleaning system is bacteria in the aerotank. It is fully described that microorganisms are decomposed using active il. In Aerotank, active il index is 200-250 mg/l and for the first time more than 120 of its species have been indentified. It has been studied that biogen substances can be cleaned up to 90-97% with the help of the algae.
