Annotation: The article theoretically investigates the transfer of natural solar radiation in the layers of the atmosphere, taking into account Rayleigh scattering on air molecules. The calculation of the spectral and angular distribution of fluxes of diffusely reflected, transmitted and not scattered solar radiation emerging from the layers of the atmosphere has been carried out. Calculations of the intensity of diffuse radiation were carried out within the framework of the theory of S,T - Chandrasekhar matrices, developed by the factorization method.
