Annotation: Day by day Uzbekistan's relations with foreign countries are developing. This article will address the issues of marriage with a foreign element, which is one of the current topics. It mainly deals with the legal regulation of marriage, divorce and the recognition of marriage as invalid. Due to the diversity of the legal system of states, various problematic situations arise in the legal regulation of marriages with a foreign element.
