Annotation: In the process of teaching and learning a foreign language, it is important that a person has his own individual characteristics and that these should be taken into account in the classroom. The failure of the pedagogue teaching a foreign language to take into account the individual characteristics of the people in the classroom leads to the difficulty of this process and the inability to fully use the opportunities of the student or pupil. In this sense, the unique characteristics of a language learner are a factor that should be taken into account by the pedagogue and serve to increase the effectiveness of the teaching process. This article discusses the importance of individual characteristics and outcomes for language learners through listening, experiential learning, and observation. The characteristics of language learners and the effective aspects and shortcomings of the methods chosen based on their characteristics are observed.
