Annotation: This study analyses China’s use of soft power tools, the economic and political impact of the BRI initiative, and the challenges emerging from its debt policies in the region. As the article notes, while China’s role contributes to economic growth and cooperation, it also reshapes the geopolitical balance in Central Asia.
