Annotation: This research paper discusses the concept of property rights, what are property rights contracts and their types, as well as the legal systems used in the property sector and their importance. Also, this article discusses conflicts of law arising in property right relations, problems related to the choice of jurisdiction, and problems related to the protection of material rights. Issues related to the right to property are compared in different legal systems. After studying the legal documents, normative legal documents, and practical court cases of foreign countries, proposals are made for the further development of national legislation.
