Annotation: Among the tasks aimed at increasing political reforms and their efficiency in Uzbekistan, the article highlights the issues of improving and developing state and community management, raising the role and status of women, who are considered an important component of it. It is of particular importance that the main focus is on the modernization of the country and the processes of increasing the efficiency of public administration are aimed at ensuring the activity of women at all levels and branches of government.
