Annotation: This article analyzes the current trends in the allocation of budgets between the State, enterprises and organizations. Overall, this analysis shows the need for a more balanced approach to budget allocation to address social inequalities while promoting economic growth. Correct distribution of financial resources is crucial for achieving the organization's goals and objectives.
