Annotation: This article analyzes the current trends in the allocation of budgets between the State, enterprises and organizations. The study shows a growing reliance on public funding for essential services such as health, education and infrastructure. On the other hand, enterprises and organizations are devoting more resources to research and development, marketing and innovation. The article also discusses the impact of technological progress on budgeting and how it disrupts traditional budgeting practices. In addition, the article provides insight into how these trends will affect future budget decisions and their potential implications for society. Overall, this analysis shows the need for a more balanced approach to budget allocation to address social inequalities while promoting economic growth. Correct distribution of financial resources is crucial for achieving the organization's goals and objectives. The article analyzes factors influencing budget allocation, such as political and economic conditions, public opinion, and stakeholder interests. The article provides an overview of current budget allocation practices and shows a growing trend toward sustainability and social responsibility. In addition, it discusses the challenges organizations face in balancing their financial needs with their social and environmental responsibilities.
