Annotation: This article explores the increasing reliance on non-state social institutions over state social institutions in modern times. Also, their influence in ensuring democracy in society is increasing. Associations created "from below" with a hierarchical system of management can advance the relatively independent demands presented by the members of the interested group, and the factors affecting it have also been analyzed on the basis of scientific theories.
