Annotation: This article examines the process of designing and developing a collection of contemporary women’s clothing in the denim style. The study analyzes the historical background of denim, its physical and mechanical properties, current fashion trends, as well as the artistic and structural features involved in women’s clothing design. Particular attention is given to the synthesis of street-style and avant-garde directions and their influence on the formation of a modern female image and design solutions within the collection.
