Annotation: This article examines the role and significance of digital competence in modern music education. It substantiates the formation of a new model of music teacher professional activity based on the integration of digital technologies into the educational process. The study analyzes the conceptual framework of digital competence, its structural components, and its manifestation in music teaching practice. Particular attention is paid to methodological approaches and practical mechanisms aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of music education in a digital learning environment.
