Annotation: Peach is the third most valuable fruit in Uzbekistan. Peach is native to China. Its 6 types are known. Most of the cultivated varieties belong to the simple type. Central Asia is also the ancient center of Peaches. Mainly in Fergana, Zarafshan valley, south-western region of Uzbekistan, also widespread in mountainous regions of Tajikistan. Among the CIS countries, many peaches are grown in Armenia, Georgia, and Dagestan.
