Annotation: The article analyzes the role of the family and educational institutions in the implementation of environmental education and upbringing. Education of people who love nature, who know how to use it correctly and consciously, is the basis of environmental education and culture, develops in people the ability to understand responsibility towards nature. Love for the Motherland, patriotism begins with love for nature. Therefore, it is impossible to educate students in the spirit of patriotism without instilling in them a genuine love for nature. Staying in the bosom of nature spiritually renews a person, increases his efficiency and individual effectiveness.
