Annotation: This article contains thoughts and opinions on the development of e-business and e-commerce, which is an important direction of the digital economy. As the concept of digital economy and e-commerce is one of the young and rapidly developing areas in our country, resources about this phenomenon are unfortunately not enough. In order to eliminate the current shortcomings, the article presented various comments and suggestions.
