Annotation: This article considers current issues of responsibility for crimes and offenses in the field of energy saving and energy efficiency improvement. As the global focus on sustainability grows, regulatory frameworks aimed at promoting energy conservation are becoming increasingly complex. This complexity raises important questions about the nature of accountability for various stakeholders, including individuals, corporations, and government entities. The document analyzes the existing legislative framework regulating energy efficiency, identifies gaps and uncertainties that may hinder effective implementation and accountability. It also explores the consequences of non-compliance, emphasizing the need for clarity in legal definitions and responsibilities. Through a comprehensive review of case law and regulatory practice, the article aims to provide insight into how accountability can be effectively managed to encourage compliance with energy conservation initiatives and improve overall energy efficiency.
