Annotation: The issue of religiosity and secularism has long been one of the problems facing humanity. Thoughts on their solution are given in the works of various scholars. In particular, a number of recommendations and instructions on this topic are reflected in the works of the head of state. In particular, in-depth scientific and practical conclusions are given on the relationship between the state and religion, the role and place of religion in the management of society. It is no secret that in pre-independence research in this area, there is a view that the dominant ideology in society is reflected in any field to one degree or another. Because most of the research done at that time was one-sided, atheistic. Therefore, the study referred to these sources from a scientific, critical point of view. The results of the analysis show that the religious and secular aspects of Islamic philosophy, with its rich, meaningful ideas, not only the development of science in our country, but also its impact on world science, has been of great interest to Eastern and Western scholars for centuries.
