Annotation: Samples of Mentha Asiatica, collected from different sites in Fergana region were analyzed to determine essential oil content. Essential oils were extracted by hydrodistillation of the plants and subsequently analyzed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Moreover, the total phenolic content was also determined according to the known method.
