Annotation: Population growth, an increase in the number of natural and man-made disasters, global pandemics and an increase in demand for medical services create the need to develop this system. Therefore, improving this system is important not only for the medical field, but also for the stability of society. The article analyzes the current state of the emergency medical care system and its development directions, including the introduction of digital technologies, improvement of the personnel training system, strengthening of the material and technical base, improvement of the legislative framework.
