Annotation: This article examines the emergence and evolution of realistic storytelling in Kuwait and Bahrain, and the manifestations of social realism in Bahraini storytelling. The analysis of the stories also reveals that Kuwaiti and Bahraini writers underwent a gradual evolution in a creative way, that is, they used complex retrospective, flow of mind, associative and other modern methods from simple narrative methods.
