Annotation: Solar panels are widely used today. Obtaining solar cells, increasing their efficiency and reducing costs remain important issues. Composite semiconductor cells are designed to provide usable energy at a light intensity corresponding to solar cells made from semiconductor compounds (AIIIBV). The results of scientific research show that the development of composite semiconductors based on constructive technologies makes it possible to increase the photosensitivity of solar cells. This article deals with the production of composite semiconductors and their use in the production of highly efficient photovoltaic cells.
