Annotation: This article discusses the features of translation of French zoocomponent phraseological units into Uzbek. Zoocomponent phraseological units have evolved as a result of long millennial relationships between humans and animals. Even today, many areas of human activity, including agriculture, industry, sports, science, and others, involve animals. The human-animal relationship has also influenced the vocabulary of the language and played an important role in the formation of a group of phrases with a zoonymic component in the lexical fund of the language.
