Annotation: This article analyzes the concept of rights and duties, their essence, and the determination of the constitutional duties of citizens in a separate chapter of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the circumstances related to their fulfillment. Also, some concepts of the constitutional duties of citizens and the definitions of scientists about them, comprehensive relations of our state with other countries regarding the implementation of constitutional duties are analyzed
