Annotation: Based on the research, the improvement of marketing decisions, the benefits of using public transport services for passengers, the importance of public transport in foreign countries are highlighted. Service, employee (e.g., driver) behavior, adequate information, vehicle quality, individual corridors and timetables, factors influencing passenger satisfaction were analyzed.
