Annotation: Relations associated with property hiring have existed since ancient times, when cultural relations were formed between people. In those days, the temporary use of other people's property and the payment of a certain fee for it were originally applied to tools and instruments of labor. In the course of the further development of social relations, the temporary use of other people's property for a fee began to be applied to buildings, industrial equipment, and natural resources. Rent, in turn, manifested itself in the form of giving away a certain part of the crop as payment for a land plot owned by another person.
Keywords: lease agreement, temporary possession and use, rent, invalidity of the agreement, recognition of the agreement as not concluded.
