Annotation: This article is about Khadicha Sulaymanova, the first Uzbek woman lawyer, one of our scholars who made an invaluable contribution to the legal field and played a key role in the development of science, law and public administration in Uzbek history. Academician Khadicha Sulaymanova was one of the outstanding young lawyers of the Uzbek SSR during her professional career and is considered one of our scholars who, with her experience, knowledge and potential, managed to protect the rights and freedoms of the entire society, especially the women and girls of Central Asia, at the international level.
