Annotation: In the last five years, several decisions and decrees have been adopted in the field of education. In particular, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-4456 dated July 24, 2012 "On further improvement of the system of training and certification of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel" and the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 16, 2017 "On further improvement of the post-university education system" Decree No. PF-4958 on improvement" was approved, and the results obtained after the implementation of the above decision and decrees were analyzed. In addition, the comparative description of the training of academic personnel and the created conditions in the last five years and earlier are analyzed and expressed through statistical data.
