Annotation: This article examines the use of information technologies in the upbringing and development of children with disabilities. It analyzes the application of ICT in special pedagogy, its role in the educational process, and its impact on the social adaptation of children with special needs. Furthermore, the article provides recommendations for improving the effectiveness of education through innovative technologies.
