Annotation: This article explores the dialectical features of criminological units in English and Uzbek. Criminological units are closely connected with the social, cultural, and legal aspects of language and play an important role in expressing phenomena of crime in society. Based on a dialectical approach, the study analyzes the factors influencing their development, historical changes, and usage in various contexts. A comparative analysis of English and Uzbek materials reveals both common and national features. The results of the research may be valuable both theoretically and practically in the fields of forensic linguistics and criminology.
