Annotation: This article presents the use of synonyms, their use in languages (English and Uzbek), differences and similarities. It is known that in all languages there are words suitable for different groups. These are synonyms, homonyms, antonyms and paronyms. Thanks to this, the vocabulary of our language will become richer. The article also provides information about what synonyms are and in what cases they are used.
