Annotation: The article examines the issue of timely identification of pedagogical difficulties in innovative activities as a facet of the skill of young teachers, evaluates an important pedagogical strategy for achieving a guaranteed result. Opinions are expressed on the elimination of identified difficulties and ways of optimal organization of the educational process by establishing a pedagogical diagnosis.
