Annotation: Today, in the context of modern globalization and the need for sustainable development in IT project management, companies are moving from the classic (functional) model to the project model to manage flexibility and adaptability. Modern companies strive to eliminate bureaucratic obstacles and create a general teamwork environment within the organization without transferring responsibility between departments and blocks. In the development of the IT project management methodology, the market of project management has acquired a new look by combining the best management tools into improved methods. This article analyzes modern IT project implementation methodologies and their differences, as well as methodologies used in modern large companies for project implementation.
