Annotation: In this article, the main focus is on the current problems of the educational system, the economic need to transition to an innovative educational system, the role of education in the economy, and the need for social partnership for its financing and development. The main focus is on the study of the mechanisms of attracting investment funds for educational organizations in Uzbekistan, as well as the problems that arise for investors in relation to the presentation of investment projects and possible ways to solve them. Also, public-private partnership in pre-school education, secondary special education, and forms of its implementation were considered. As a promising technology, the mechanism of impact of investments in education is proposed.
