Annotation: In this article, the rights and freedoms of a person and the citizen’s rights and freedoms are the current problems of a multifaceted nature. Modern progress, scientific achievements in medicine, the first experience of cloning a living organism changed many aspects of the relationship between a person, the state and society. In the future, the changes in the way of life of mankind were analyzed, and the possible problems in the human rights system were analyzed. At the same time, the causes of human rights were analyzed. The question of maintaining the same priority tasks for all times has been studied.
