Annotation: In modern economic conditions, the correctness and effective organization of the work of many industrial enterprises of the country largely depends on the potential and effective use of personnel at the enterprise. The article shows that the introduction of new technologies at the present stage of the organization of effective company activities, the development of technical means, the emergence of new products and services, changes in the social structure, the constant restructuring of the economy, professional and qualification changes in the workforce require a search for new modern methods of personnel management.
