Annotation: This article provides a comparative analysis of the clinical and epidemiological features of cerebral stroke. Cerebrovascular disease is one of the most pressing medical and social problems, leading in terms of disease structure and mortality in economically developed countries. Vascular diseases, especially cerebrovascular diseases, are also important medical and social problems in Uzbekistan. It is characterized by a high incidence of primary disability and mortality associated with the disease.
