Annotation: The role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the context of modern human development is considered, highlighting both its achievements and related problems. The article analyzes various aspects of the use of AI in key areas such as healthcare, education, finance and transport. Special attention is paid to the impact of AI on the efficiency of work processes and the quality of people's lives. In addition, critical issues related to the ethical, security and social aspects of AI development, including issues of data privacy and substitution of human labor, are also considered. The article provides a comprehensive overview of the potential of AI, emphasizing the need for an integrated and informed approach to its further development and integration into society.
