Annotation: In the consumer market of pharmaceutical products, it is an important sector that should be given special attention, which directly affects the health and safety of the population. State regulation plays an important role in controlling the quality, effectiveness and safety of medicines offered to consumers. This article examines the importance of regulation by the Republic of Uzbekistan in ensuring the integrity of the drug supply chain in our country and protecting consumers from the risks associated with substandard or counterfeit drugs.
