Annotation: The purpose of this work is to analyze the use of technology in teaching English in foreign language countries and analyze the problems faced by both teachers and students of a foreign language. The rapid development of science and technology, such as multimedia technology, has made it possible to create a more effective tool for learning a new teaching method. In fact, multimedia technology plays an essential role in teaching English, particularly in situations where English is not the first language. It also aims to ensure that non-native English language teachers are aware of how to use it effectively.
