Annotation: The article analyzes the role and significance of forensic linguistics in world linguistics. Criminal linguistics is an interdisciplinary field that emerged at the intersection of linguistics and forensic science. The article examines the methods of criminological analysis in different systemic languages, in particular English, Uzbek, Japanese and Chinese, and their features. In particular, the role of language factors in the examination of written texts, analysis of sound data and the study of legal discourse is studied. This article contributes to the analysis of development trends and research methodology in international criminology.
