Annotation: This article analyzes the phenomenon of social consciousness and the main factors influencing its formation using philosophical, sociological, and socio-psychological approaches. The structural components of social consciousness, its historical and dialectical stages of development, and its transformation under modern globalization are examined. The study systematically explores the impact of economic relations, political institutions, cultural environment, information and communication technologies, and ideological processes on social consciousness. It also substantiates the role of national values, historical memory, and spiritual heritage in ensuring the stability of social consciousness. The findings interpret social consciousness as a key factor in social development and propose conceptual mechanisms for its formation and regulation.
